Where is my order?

Use the live order status page from your order confirmation. If the order is already out for delivery, you may see live tracking when available.

I need to change my address or order details. What should I do?

Raise an Order details change ticket as quickly as possible and include your order number. If the order is already out for delivery, changes may not be possible.

Something is missing or damaged.

Raise an Order problem ticket and upload a photo if useful. This helps us check the issue quickly and decide whether a replacement, refund, or account adjustment is appropriate.

Can I claim points from a guest order?

Yes, if you are logged in and the guest order email matches your account email. Claims must be made within the active claim window, currently 30 days unless changed in settings.
