Loyalty Points Terms & Conditions
1) About the scheme
Our Loyalty Points scheme rewards registered customers with points that can be redeemed for discounts on future orders at Adam’s Delivery. Points are a promotional reward and are not cash.
2) Eligibility
You must have an account on our website to earn and redeem points.
Points are awarded to the account used at checkout. If you check out as a guest, points may not be automatically applied (see “Claim Points” below).
3) Earning points
You earn 1 point for every £0.01 spent on eligible purchases (equivalent to 100 points per £1).
Points are calculated from your order value (some items/fees may be excluded).
Points are usually credited once your order is successfully placed/processed.
4) Signup points
We award 2,000 points for creating an account (one-time per customer/account).
We may withhold or remove signup points if we reasonably believe multiple accounts are being created to abuse the scheme.
5) Redeeming points
You can redeem points at checkout for a discount.
Redemption value: 100 points = £0.05 discount (equivalent to 2,000 points = £1.00).
Partial redemption is allowed — you may choose how many points to use (subject to your available balance and any checkout limits).
Points cannot be exchanged for cash and have no monetary value outside our website.
6) Points expiry
Points expire 30 days after they are earned.
Expired points are automatically removed and cannot be reinstated.
7) Claiming points for previous orders
If you checked out without logging in, you may be able to claim points for that order using the My Account → Claim Points page, subject to the rules below:
- Time limit (30 days): Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the order date.
- Email match required: The billing email on the order must match your account email. If it does not match, points will not be awarded.
- Order number required: You must enter the correct order number.
- One-time claim per order: Each order can only be claimed once. Duplicate claims are rejected.
- Eligibility and adjustments: Points can only be claimed for eligible orders and may be removed/adjusted if the order is later refunded, cancelled, or reversed.
- Verification: If we suspect misuse or error, we may request additional verification before applying points.
8) Returns, refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks
If an order is refunded, cancelled, or reversed, any points earned from that order may be removed.
If you used points on an order that is later refunded, we may adjust your points balance accordingly (including re-crediting points where appropriate). If points would have expired in the meantime, they may not be reissued.
9) Misuse and account issues
We reserve the right to suspend participation, remove points, or reject claims where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, duplicate accounts, account sharing, or any attempt to exploit the scheme.
10) Changes to the scheme
We may change the earning rate, redemption value, eligible items, or expiry period at any time. Changes apply from the date they are published on the website.
