How it works

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to My Account → Refer a friend
3. Copy your personal referral link and share it
4. When your friend places their first successful order, you receive 2,000 points

Refer a Friend – Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

• You must have a registered Adam’s Delivery account to refer others.
• Self-referrals are not permitted.
• Referrals must be genuine new customers.

Reward conditions

• Referral rewards are issued only to the referrer.
• Points are awarded only after the referred customer places their first successful order.
• Cancelled, refunded, or unsuccessful orders do not qualify.
• Each referred customer can generate one referral reward only.

Points & expiry

• Referral points are issued as Reward Points.
• Points follow the same expiry and redemption rules as all other points on Adam’s Delivery of 30 days from award date.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Misuse

• We may withhold or remove referral points where abuse, fraud, or misuse is suspected.
• Examples include (but are not limited to) multiple accounts, self-referrals, or coordinated artificial referrals.

Changes

• We may modify, suspend, or end the referral scheme at any time.
• We may change reward values or conditions without prior notice.
