Refunds & Returns Policy

1. Overview

At Adam’s Delivery, customer satisfaction and food safety are our top priorities. This Refunds Policy explains when and how refunds or replacements may be issued for orders placed through adamsdelivery.co.uk.

All items we sell are food products, which means certain legal exceptions apply under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Because all our items are perishable, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds simply for:

  • Change of mind,
  • Ordering the wrong item, or
  • Food that has already been delivered in good condition.

Once food has left our premises or been delivered, it cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.


3. Refunds and Replacements

You are entitled to a refund or replacement if:

  • The wrong item was delivered,
  • The order arrived damaged or unsafe to eat, or
  • The delivery did not arrive at all.

We may request photographic evidence of the issue to process your refund or replacement quickly.


4. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before food preparation begins. Once your order is being prepared or has been dispatched for delivery, we cannot guarantee cancellation or refund.

If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately at contact@adamsdelivery.co.uk and include your order details.


5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Refunds are normally processed within 3–5 business days after approval.
